Summer Policies
CHECK-IN 4PM-CHECK-OUT 8:30 AM
Four Seasons accommodations on beautiful Lake Namakagon include a fieldstone fireplace; color TV, complete kitchens, BBQ grill, Deck and Picnic Tables. All Cabins are located on the water with your own private pier (with the exception of the Woods View cabin which has docking available at the main lodge).
5% state tax, 4% Local Tax, ½% County Tax are NOT included in the above rates.
TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL
DEPOSITS must received in the form of a check or money order within seven days of your booking or your accommodations will be forfeited. This deposit is applied too the first and last day of your reservation. Refunds will not be granted for early departures or late arrivals. You are responsible for the full payment of your reserved dates which is due upon your check in.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER JANUARY 1, deposits will only be returned when the space is FILLED (Less a 25 % administration fee). The purpose of a deposit is to insure the accommodations are reserved for you, the vacationer.
No bonfires in yard (for fire safety - as it is against the local ordinance)
No tents on property
No bug spray on windows or screens
No campers
No BBQ grills on decks (fire danger)
Please place your garbage in the dumpster at the main lodge daily (to keep the bears away)
Fish cleaning house area available near the dumpster.
Fireplace safety
- Do not overload fireplace
- Do not remove ashes
- One-day supply of wood in cottage at a time
Pets
No pets from November 15th- April 1st
Pets are allowed at a price of $75.00 per stay and MUST NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN HOMES!
A $500.00 Damage Charge WILL BE APPLIED when deemed necessary.
We are one of the few places that will allow pets.
PLEASE keep your pet under control, on a leash at all times (OUR Insurance requires it), and please clean up after he visits the outdoors!!
In order to continue this policy we ask for your cooperation or we will be forced to have you leave your special addition to your family at home!!
- Dogs must always be on a leash and under your control.
- Dogs must not be left alone in your cabin, unless protected by a portable kennel.
- Dogs must not be tied to trees near your cabin or anywhere on the property to bark or frighten passers-by.
- Cabins must be left free of dog hair. This includes furniture, carpets and bed linens. (Vacuum cleaners and brooms are available if necessary)
- All dog litter must be cleaned up and disposed of properly.
- If your dog is a "barker" we will kindly ask that you make other arrangements for his/her care before coming to the Four Seasons Resort.
